Aerial Screw - Leonardo da Vinci 500th Anniversary - Revell

May 2nd 1519 marked the Death of one of the greatest artist’s and engineers of all time, Leonardo da Vinci. Revell honours this great inventor with a selection of kits based on his greatest creations. Leonardo came up with the idea of a rotary wing with the propeller around 1480. Modern helicopters still rely on this propeller principle for their flight.
